PDF Page Renamer is a powerful, zero-backend tool designed to separate multi-page PDF documents into individual files and sequentially rename them automatically.
Why is this useful? Whether you are digitizing physical archives, isolating monthly invoices, or organizing legal documents for a database, renaming pages one by one is tedious. This tool fully automates the batch creation process right in your browser.
1. Upload: Drag and drop your multi-page PDF into the upload zone.
2. Arrange & View: Use the left sidebar to drag and reorder pages. Use the grid toolbar to view multiple pages side-by-side for easier navigation. Click a page to focus it. Hover over a thumbnail to delete or rotate specific pages.
3. Configure Naming: In the right panel, set your desired file prefix, starting sequence number, and digit padding.
4. Export: Click "Split & Download ZIP". The app will separate each page, rename it sequentially, and bundle them into a ZIP.
